Key Responsibilities

• Act as a brand custodian for the given project locations.

• Device brand/project/destination strategies to maximize profitable sales for each customer segment, identify new growth opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Play an integral role in conceptualizing, planning, and activating product launches, phase-launches, go-to-market strategies, and targeted activations supported by other marketing / non-marketing functions.

• Understand the various marketing and sales opportunities for activations and on-ground promotions across various projects, and plan timely and effective activations.

• Work closely with marketing program leaders and vertical stakeholders for achieving the revenue goals.

• Review and manage the project sites regularly and always ensure outstanding brand and customer experience.

• Monitor and report up the line on plans, progress, and outcomes on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.

• Coordinate with the sales team for marketing support.

Qualifications

• Knows or has education to apply basic marketing mix concepts (e.g., brand positioning, brand architecture, competitive assessment, marketing objectives/strategies and customer segmentation).

• Experience in consumer understanding, competition survey, future development in addition to tactical changes in existing plans.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong team player with proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

• Experience using data and analytics to drive successful marketing/ branding programs.

• Excellent communication skills.
