| Role & Responsibility (KRA) | 1.Responsible for developing backend services for web, mobile and other endpoints. 2.Ensure coding standards are of highest quality. 3.The code should be at least 95% bug free and code reviews are happening before every merge. 4.Work with vendors and take ownership of the code base to ensure consistency and quality. 5.Mentor junior developers 6.Actively help and participate in requirements feasibility for new products. |
