Key Deliverables
Public Relations (PR) Manager to design and implement marketing strategies that cultivate our
relationships with the media, engage our target audience and boost our brand awareness.
Set objectives for the PR team and monitor team members’ performance
Maximize brand presence on various channels (e.g. web, TV and social media)
Cultivate and maintain relationships with media and influential professionals
Arrange interviews and press releases to promote our company and its products/services
Ensure brand consistency in all advertising efforts
Organize PR events to increase awareness of our company
Assign tasks and projects to the PR team
Track and influence media coverage
Report on PR campaigns’ results
Manage sensitive issues to maintain company’s good reputation. Excellent communication and
presentation skills with confidence to serve as the company’s spokesperson
Creative abilities
Team management skills
Create a PR and Communications Strategy for CIDCO PMAY housing scheme launch for revenue;
finalize post CIDCO review and closure with CIDCO acceptance. Establish media relations by
engaging with journalists representing key media organizations
Crisis management and protecting the image of the organization
“Implement the PR and Communications strategy through Agencies, to ensure 100 news articles
to drive:
1) CIDCO brand awareness
2) Destination Navi Mumbai theme propagation
3) Drive CIDCO Housing Scheme sales (activities + call to action messaging) “. Create and review
content for Helios Advisory website, digital and social media assets – 15 articles per month
(spread across English, Marathi and Hindi) – Overall 100 articles over a period of six months
including the lottery phase of 4 months.
Create, Review and vet content created by other business verticals (need based, 5 articles per
month)/ basis stakeholder requirements. Took timely decisions on query by an Indian Express
journalist and ensured a neutral report appeared in the newspaper.
